What this site collects

Short version: only what you send us, and we only use it to get back to you.

The audit and contact forms

When you send a form, we get your name, how to reach you, and whatever you wrote about your business. Delivery is handled by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes the message straight to our email. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. No mailing lists, no selling or sharing, no follow-up drip you didn't ask for.

Calls, texts, and email

If you call, text, or email, that works like any call, text, or email: your number or address shows up on our end and we use it to reply.

Analytics, only if you say yes

The first time you visit, a small bar asks whether Google Analytics can count your visit so we know which pages are doing their job. Tapping "Allow analytics" or closing the bar with the X counts as a yes. Tap "No thanks" and nothing loads, no cookies are set, and the site works exactly the same. What we see is totals and patterns, never who you are. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat that as a no and the bar never even asks.

Changed your mind either way? Reset your cookie choice and the bar will ask again.

Want something removed?

If you sent a form and want the details deleted, say the word: contact@swampdogmarketing.com or (706) 426-1901. It gets deleted.
